I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Tiled roof repair with new flashing and gulley, complete flat roof replacement with parapet wall re-pointed and replacement of coping stones. First class workmanship throughout. Price and times were agreed and adhered to and all rubbish was removed from the site.
On both site visits Jonathan was extremely professional and helpful, displaying an extensive knowledge of roofing which he used to advise me on what needed to be done.
I would not hesitate to use this company again.
Ian Buxton
Did the job as quoted. Pleasant men doing the job. Not sure about them "borrowing" a couple of tiles from next door's roof - according to a neighbour - never got to the bottom of that.
Joanne Foster
Excellent service from star to finish. Always on time adhered to the agreed price and workmanship was first class. On both site visits Jonathan was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others without reservation.

Very pleased with the work undertaken. Despite the weather, the Company arrived on the day works were scheduled and completed the same day. Their employees let me know when they had arrived and when they were ready to leave the premises. Works were done efficiently and good advise given on when I should next have the roof checked over. Lovely Company and I felt the cost for repairs and general maintenance needed, was very reasonable.
Sandra Straw
Excellent service from start to finish.

Very efficient. Work was started and completed on the date given. Despite the weather not being not being very good. Workers got on with the jobs they need to do and let me know once they had completed and were leaving the property. They explained what work they had done and advised how long I ought have regular checks on the roof and guttering.
Sandra Straw
We had work completed by Jon and the team towards the end of 2022; Replacement of existing ridge tiles with a dry-ridge system, installation of verge/eaves caps and replacement of two valleys with a new system. All work was completed on time with no fuss whatsoever. We had a couple of issues since the work was completed, however Jon or the team have been quick to respond and rectify. I would absolutely recommend to others and have done so, some have since had work done and are very happy. Highly recommended, thanks Jon and team.
Simon Holbrook
Really great company, nothing is too much trouble, responsive, polite and trustworthy, I would highly recommend them

Supplied and fitted a velux sun Tunnel on a new build. Quoted promptly and in writing with a full contract stating what they would do. Work completed promptly on the day and time arranged to our satisfaction. Made a huge difference to the light available in our hallway. If you want a firm that does things properly with full paperwork at a reasonable price then here they are.

We had two separate jobs done by premier roofing solutions and the work was done very professionally. They were polite and answered all our questions regarding the work involved. They left everything clean and tidy.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.
Marian Hickman
From when I contacted them they responded in good time, had other bookings but let me know when they could take a look at my roof, very clear on what they would do and when. They were easy to contact, prompt responding and did the job on time. They used scaffolding but this is the sign of a professional firm. I would highly recommend them. There are too many cowboys about.
Rosemary Healy
Outstanding Service, everything from the quote to the job itself was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, the work replacing a Velux window was done both speedily and professionally, I cannot fault any part of the installation from start to finish.
Jon's advice is faultless and professionalism is a breath of fresh air in the current climate, so impressed were we that we have already booked the next job with him.
If you are thinking of getting a quote don't hesitate to ask for one, as I can highly recommend the service.
Chris OB
I would highly recommend Jon and his team. Jon and Tom both are very knowledgeable, polite and friendly l. I had many questions to ask :) and you can see that they know their stuff. Initially, I was planning to ask Jon to quote for one job ( to change a velux window) but then from talking with Jon, he agreed to do 3 x more jobs at the same time (some work on the roof, chimney and also Jon built a closing wall between two properties (in the loft)...AND Tom fixed some issue with water coming through my window (This job wasn't planned at all, but both Jon and Tom agreed to fix this issue as well).
All the team was very efficient and they did all work in a very short of time. All jobs were completed to high standards and they left the areas clean. The communication from the beginning to the end was excellent as well. Jon provided very detailed quotes.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH, PREMIER ROOFING SOLUTIONS TEAM :)!!!

I'm very happy with the work done to fix my guttering and the replacement roof tiles. My house is on a steep hill and has an uneven garden so this made access difficult. However, Premier Roofing managed to do the job efficiently and at a reasonable price.
Heather R
Unusually I felt fully informed at each stage of the process of getting repairs to my roof. They were clear when they would look at it and give me a quote. Booked a date and arrived as agreed. They gave clear details of what they did and used scaffolding, which obviously costs more but is the mark of a proper firm and not cowboys.
Rosemary Jacobs
Jon and the team provided an excellent service especially replacing the entire roof on our cottage, and replacing the ole worn out clay tiles with modern but matching tiles which complement the cottage perfectly.
The team were efficient and always on time, never missing a day regardless of the weather.
So thank you for a job well done.
Chris O'Brien

Can not recommend Jon and his team highly enough. From the original visit I felt I was listened to and the ideas I had for the roof and velux windows were taken on board and carried out to the highest standards. His team that came to replace my roof were amazing. They were polite and always kept me up to date on how the job was progressing. When there was a small issue at the beginning Jon came over to explain the situation and how he would sort it out. Very competitive quote, if you are looking for any roofing work definitely speak to Jon. I cannot recommend them enough.

We went with Premier Roofing Solutions as they had great reviews and were able to provide exactly what we needed. We were able to easily sort out dates for measurements and fittings and the guys who fitted the skylights were really helpful and did a great job, my dog was also very happy with the attention he got! We are very happy with the final product, it looks fantastic, so much better than the old skylights, the kitchen and bathroom are so much brighter as a result! And we are very happy with the price! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
Louisa Hackford-Gentle
Positive; Jonathan attended for an initial inspection with a view to a quote promptly and on time. This is rare nowadays!
The team attending were always polite and sympathetic, as was Jonathon himself.
The work commissioned was carried out to a high standard and I would not hesitate in calling on them again, should the need arise.
All the best to the Team!

We were looking for a skylight window for a low pitch roof that another company told us the whole roof would need replacing, I contacted PRS after finding them on google Jon came out looked at what we wanted (the roof didn’t need to be replaced) gave us the options and emailed a quote, work was agreed and date to commence the work, all work completed all waste cleared away, because we opted for the vaulted ceiling it required plastering also the light needed to be removed and replaced with down lighters all the trades that carried out work did a great job and I would definitely recommend PRS
Sharon Joynes
Firstly, Jon came straight out to look at the job when we contacted him. He was very courteous and helpful, and also both knowledgeable and professional. The quote arrived shortly afterwards, and as soon as we accepted, we were given a date for works commencement. This was followed faithfully, and the men were friendly, polite and very professional. When the job wasn't as originally thought (it turned out to be not so major) I was fully informed and consulted and the work was completed very tidily and satisfactorily, leaving no mess or rubble whatsoever. I am highly delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending Jon and his team or using them again.
Nick Gray
Professional, polite and friendly. Great communication, arrived on time. Jon advised us to repair the velux window rather than replace it which was a cheaper option for us which we thought was a good sign of his integrity. Jon showed us photos of the completed work and explained what they had done. Very happy.
Stewart Goacher
I recently engaged PRS to carry a job I thought might potentially be quite awkward and/or expensive to address. I need not have worried - Jon at PRS provided me with immediate assurance and confidence and they were professional from the very first interaction. Formalities were addressed ahead of time so everything was understood in advance. The job was completed as arranged/expected - it was all smooth on the day and I am very pleased with the outcome (which seems to have successfully addressed the issue). I am happy to recommend PRS to anyone else!
Peter Hansen-Chambers

I was very impressed. I have anxiety issues and I am not comfortable when having work done to the house. The 2 men were very efficient and polite (I hardly knew they were there). The sun tunnels have made such a difference to a room that was gloomy before. We do not need to have the lights on during the day, as was needed before. I would thoroughly recommend the company, as I am very pleased with the work they have done. Thank you.
Vivienne Howard
The guys were professional and friendly too. Jon was extremely helpful with advice before booking the job in and patient with my questions:-) It had to be done in 2 parts due to the weather but both teams were great. This is the second job Jon and his team have done and i would definitely recommend.

Mark Bairstow
Professional, polite and friendly. Good communication prior to arriving to complete the work and prompt arrival on the day which inspired confidence. Everything explained, photos taken of the work completed and shown to us. Jon recommended a repair to our Velux window rather than replace it, he could have just advised for a replacement at more cost to us so feel this shows his integrity.
Georgina Goacher

Extremely happy with the results achieved and would highly recommend considering this solution to anyone with a similar issue or requirement. Jon and his team did a wonderful job on the roof of our loft conversion after we were let down by our previous builder. They let us know when they would be with us and arrived on time, were polite and completed the work to a high standard. They really know what they’re doing. A huge thank you to the team for transforming a half built loft conversion!
J. S.
Excellent in terms of quoting. Other companies did not bother to get onto the roof to take photos and fully explain what was wrong, what was required and how they would approach fixing it. Other roofing companies we had in to quote seem to think they can bluff their way to telling you what they think is causing the issue wrong and provide a fix that is easy for them. Started and finished the work as stated. Jon was very diligent in his approach and in responding to any queries. Would definitely recommend.
David Kowal
Arrived on the agreed date, and then cracked on with the job. Minimum disruption for the home owner
Anthony Croasdale

Jon and his team have just finished replacing a complicated Velux window arrangement. The previous installation was less than perfect and had led to a long term leak. After some struggles getting the old windows out and a miss-delivery of windows from the supplier Jon has pulled the rabbit out of the hat and I now have a beautiful window to complement my new kitchen. Thanks Jon and the team.
Linda Cooper-Clayton
Professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy, polite and friendly. Excellent standard of workmanship.
Emma T
The guys have just finished our gutters and soffits etc. They worked so hard, they were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We are really pleased. Thank you. Excellent job. Would recommend. It makes our house look so different.
Angela Fisher

So far so good but building work hasn't started yet so will reserve judgement until that is finished. Communication and quotation process have been good up to now
Tom Darke
The team helped us out with a chimney leak, lead flashing and some other bits of remedial work to fix smaller issues with my roof. Great service and the team were fab dealing with what turned out to be a more challenging problem with the leak. I was pleased that the additional work was clearly explained and quoted for in advance which helped me feel like I wasn’t being rushed into a decision. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with trades people in the past but I would recommend Premier Roofing as they had a high standard of work and they were easy to communicate with. Would hire their services in future.
Jacquie Upton
Job completed to satisfactory standard.
Linda Chandler
Quick quote, arrived when they said, did a good job. Took a while for the scaffolding to come down but sorted as soon as I said it was still up.
Chris Swallow
The whole experience was very positive. The job went very smoothly. Work was fine and experience was good.
Andy Cantouris
Prompt detailed quote after initial problem contacting by phone.
Engineer arrived on time as arranged. Friendly and informed and experienced in light tunnel installation.
Official velux approval was positive and satisfied with the quality of the parts supplied and installation.
Main negative given the cost of parts, was the total cost, which appears high given the length of time installation took, even with travel time allowed for. Overall though, pleased with the outcome.
Phil Moreton
Professional and courteous.Kept me informed and a very competitive price for the work done
Chris Grundy
Job done by an efficient and respectful team of professionals, at a competitive price. Only downside, I had to wait a while before they were able to schedule the works in as they were so busy. Would definitely (and have already) recommend to a friend.

I was very grateful for your initial visit and advice in connection with our leak in the ceiling. I thought the quote for improving the roofing around our valley was very reasonable and set out exactly what you would do during your work. During the course of your work i was pleased that you and your team got on with the work exactly as planned. The finished work looks very tidy, plus the new concrete laid between the lead and tiles has set fantastic. A very professional job.

Can’t recommend these chaps enough. On point every day, courteous, clean working, honest, up front and know their stuff. Only a small job but it’s nice to see they still took pride in getting it right, first time. Very professional and think they’ll do very well if they continue with this kind of service . Nice one Jon and Mark, 👍🏻

I've been meaning to write this review since April last year - Jon and his team were brilliant, Jon is really knowledgeable and explains everything clearly and is honest! I have a lovely Firestone rubberised flat roof that doesn't and hasn't leaked and 18 months later i am still very happy ..... can't recommend the team highly enough!

We have just had a double dormer window constructed by Jon and his team. It hasn't been the easiest time for them with lockdown occurring just after the scaffolding had been erected. Throughout he has kept us up to date with the situation regarding completion of the work and the availability of materials. He couldn't have been more helpful and has been a pleasure to do business with. The window installation people missed off some of the sealant. We reported this to Jon and he was back a day later to rectify this. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone.

Jon has done two jobs for me now. In both cases he was upfront and honest about the work needed and what my options were and he completed the jobs promptly to a high standard and with minimal fuss and mess. I would definitely recommend Jon of Premier Roofing Solutions for roof jobs large or small.
